ITC Narmada Revives ‘Sizzlers & Starlight’ Winter Alfresco Dining in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad’s favourite winter tradition returns as ITC Narmada launches the 2025 edition of Sizzlers & Starlight with curated menus, live stations, and starlit evenings.

Ahmedabad | Gujarat — As Ahmedabad settles into its comforting winter hush, ITC Narmada just brought back one of the city’s most anticipated seasonal traditions with its 2025 alfresco dining experience, Sizzlers & Starlight, an edition that is already receiving an enthusiastic response in Ahmedabad. Curated by Executive Chef Gaurav Lavina, this year’s chapter is celebrating crisp evenings, starry skies and the aromas of sizzling grills, offering diners an indulgent winter night-out under the open sky.

The dinner-only experience is currently being hosted at the Adalaj Pavilion Lawn at ITC Narmada from Friday to Sunday, from 7pm to 11pm, running through to the end of January. Guests are enjoying the crisp winter chill, soft lighting, live music and open sky setting that are creating the perfect ambience for immersive dining.

For 2025, the culinary narrative is expanding with four distinct menus which are rotating across weekends, offering guests a fresh flavour journey every time they return.

Each menu features a signature soup bar, vibrant salads, interactive live counters, smoky indulgent sizzlers and a rich main course spread. From the warmth of Burmese Khao Suey, Laksa and Tom Yum to abundant salad selections, mezze platters, lettuce bars and seasonal produce, every element is being crafted to complement the winter mood.

Live stations such as Burrata Bars, Tapas Counters, Fajita Bowls, Poutine Stations and Fusion Chaat Corners are adding flair and personalisation, encouraging diners to engage more deeply with the flavours.

At the heart of the evening are the sizzlers themselves: an evolving blend of Indian, Asian, Mediterranean and Tex-Mex inspirations that are bringing together unique spice profiles, handcrafted marinades and playful pairings.

Across different weekends, diners are experiencing everything from mustard-brushed seafood and Japanese-style grills to Tex-Mex rice bowls, Indonesian rendang, regional Indian sizzlers and contemporary vegetarian creations.

The main-course selection is drawing on ITC’s culinary heritage with dishes such as Paneer Lababdar, Bhatti ka Murgh, Murgh Musallam, Teen Mirch ka Salan, Subz Lagan Mela and a variety of fragrant biryanis, all being served with traditional accompaniments. The dessert section is rounding off the experience with patisserie favourites, warm winter sweets and a live dessert counter serving soft-serve and molten cakes.
