Over 500 police officers and staff participated in Surat City Police's "Har Ghar Dhyan, Har Ghar Yoga" camp
The camp encouraged police officers to practise meditation postures and yoga for fitness under the State Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities Department
The camp brought together Crime Branch, Cyber Crime, Special Branch, Traffic Region, Eco Cell, Women Police, SC/ST Cell, and Control Room-Police Head Quarter.
Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ajay Kumar Tomar, guided the camp, emphasising police officers' physical and mental health
