Surat: The department of sports, youth, and cultural activities and the commissioner of Youth Service and cultural activities department at Gandhinagar had jointly organized ‘Yuva Utsav-2021’ at Gajera Vidhya Bhavan at Katargam to celebrate ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mohatsav’ on the part of the 75th anniversary of India’s Independence on September 26.
About 350 competitors from various schools participated in the competitions including elocution, essay writing, solo performance, group songs, and other 15 competitions were organized to celebrate Yuva Mahotsav-2021.
District Employment Officer (DEO), Parul Parel, Youth Development Officer, Vipul Sadhu, Trustee of Gajara Trust, Kinjal Chuni Gajera, and the principals of the schools run by the Gajera Trust remained present on the occasion.
Managing Trustee of Gajera Trust, Chunni Gajera met all the participants of the Yuva Mohatsav and boosted their morale and winning spirit. The winners of the Yuva Mohatsav will be representing Surat at the State-level competitions.
The entire Yuva Mohatsav was managed by District Sports Officer, Dinesh Kadam. Kadam congratulated the Gajera Trust and its principals for organizing the Yuva Mahotsav.
